The FIBRON SP rasied floor is a system that consists of a highly compressed wood-based panel. The following floor coverings are available: aluminium, PVC, conductive / dissipative PVC, linoleum, thermoplastic fiber-metal laminates. The mechanical properties of flexural strength and high module elasticity make Fibron SP a product of choice for the raised flooring market. It is a raised floor that is suitable for highly frequented areas.

Aluminum gives the raised floor the ability to conduct electricity and poor heat transfer. This makes it a thermal insulator both through the barrier effect and through the reflection of electromagnetic waves. It also protects against contact with moisture and aggressive products (for on-site covering with self-supporting materials)

40x25mm profile made of zinc-plated steel with a low-density polyethylene coating to reduce noise. 1.5mm screws. Its function is to reinforce and stabilize the raised floor for heavy loads.

ANTI-VIBRATIC SUPPORTS

ANTI-VIBRATIC SUPPORTS

Anti-vibration rubber can be placed under the foot of the supports to reduce noise transmission. The rubber consists exclusively of high-quality rubbers which can dampen vibrations and, thanks to the lack of air in the physical composition of the product, offer exceptional compressive strength. The quality of the rubber from which the product is made guarantees constant elasticity over time and excellent properties in terms of impact resistance, moisture and immutability.

    The system provides for the use of ITDU supports and ITPM profiles with a thickness of either 0.8 mm or 1 mm. It is suitable for medium-high loads.

    This system consists of the use of ITDU ref. pedestals together with 1mm thick ITPQ bolting bars. It is suitable for high loads. The system provides for the use of ITDU supports and ITPQ profiles. It is suitable for heavy loads.
